Beginner Program

  • Mondays & Wednesdays - West Springfield High School - 7:00-8:30pm
  • Saturdays - Woodson High School - 11:00am-12:00pm

Intermediate & Advanced

  • Tuesdays - West Springfield High School - 7:00-8:30pm
  • Thursdays - Woodson High School - 7:15-8:30pm
  • Saturdays - Woodson High School - 12:15-1:30pm

*Saturday Practices will be held as a combined practice until competition season begins.

 

Practices are subject to rescheduling or cancelling on short notice due to weather, coaching availability, and high school athletic events

2024-2025 Competition Schedule

The bandits will be competing primarily with the Northern Virginia wrestling federation.  The NVWF schedule will be posted to each program's schedule and can be found HERE.

Wrestlers who elect to compete with the Bandits at NVWF will need to register seperately.  NVWF registration costs $100/wrestler and includes 7 NVWF tournaments, 1 Open tournament, and an End of Season Championship tournament.  Registration can be completed HERE.
